It all started with three young men in King's School in Rochester, Kent (England). Creative, young and driven, they established early on that they wanted to start a successful business and make a difference. Coming from an international background, they saw the world as a place where all things are possible.

After college, the friends remained close, but each went his separate way. Kohki Holeman worked in visual design, while Huw Jones perfected his sales technique. Sergey Bakin joined his father, who ran a successful business as a leading distributor for medical products. The idea was to learn the ropes and move on to starting something independently.

Having worked with mastectomy customers in the family business, Sergey noticed the lack of stylish lingerie for post-op Women. He learned that many Women take regular bras and hand sew pockets for their prostheses to wear beautiful lingerie and still feel feminine.

Sharing this insight with his friends, Huw and Kohki were on board to dig deeper. They were shocked to discover how painful the process of shopping for post-mastectomy lingerie was for women around the world. Many felt that shopping for beautiful bras was an important part of their life and giving it up hurt them on a very personal level. What's more, this was real for millions of women

It was obvious that there was a huge "inequality" gap in the market and it was just the right time to do something about it.

After all, for Women lingerie is as much about comfort and fit as it is about feeling confident and feminine. The whole shopping experience should be about lifting Women's spirits and confirming that they are as vibrant and beautiful as ever.

In 2018, when all the puzzle pieces were in place, they launched the fashion label MEGAMI.
